Restart has launched a digital bank for U.S. immigrants, with a bilingual interface: in English and the user’s native language. The Restart app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
For now, the app serves Russian-speaking customers; other languages will be added in the last quarter of 2021. Customer support is provided by native speakers. (There are plans to add Ukrainian, Belarussian, Armenian, Kazakh, etc.)
Restart services include debit card issuance (after account opening it will be delivered in 7 business days by mail) funds transfer, free cash withdrawal at over 30,000 ATMs in the US. Customers can set and improve their credit scores.
Restart’s banking partner is USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, and customer funds are insured by NCUA for up to $250,000.
